FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with destroying iliac integrity, application of perosseous device to fix osseous segments and dosed traction of osseous fragments, moreover, one should perform complete cross-sectional crossing of iliac body in horizontal plane, fix distal department of pelvic bone with needles to carry out its dosed turn outwards, downwards and to the front, then, through osseous fragments, one should fix it to obtain osseous regenerate; at treating children above 6 yr one should perform fixation of intact ilium with the help of additional perosseous device that provides articular unloading to periosteum consolidations and developing cotyloid cavity to prevent subluxation. The present innovation enables to perform gradual inclination of cotyloid cavity with the purpose to change its spatial position and provide stable fixation of osseous fragment and sufficient unloading of patient's hip joint. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 cl, 6 dwg, 1 ex |
