FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, coffee grinding equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: disk-type mill has casing accommodating drive disk fixed on drive shaft, and passive disk mounted for free rotation. One of disks is fitted with opening for charging of product to be ground. Working surface of each disk is equipped with outer, middle and inner channel belts, said channels differing in number, length, width and orientation angles relative to radius of disk. Surfaces of middle and inner channel belts are arranged at different angles relative to disk surface. Surface of outer channel belt is parallel to disk surface. Number of middle belt channels is equal to number of outer belt channels, while number of inner belt channels is less than number of middle belt channels or outer belt channels by six times. Middle belt channels and outer belt channels are joined to one another at their junction sites. ^ EFFECT: provision for fine-dispersion grinding of coffee without deteriorating of its quality. ^ 4 cl, 9 dwg |
