FIELD: radio electronics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the claimed invention is ascertained in the fact that the earlier known material particle-election, whose fraction of total mass in the atom structure makes up 99.83 per cent, becomes as a carrier of magnetic field, electric current and radiation of all types. Elementary radio beam is formed by a negative axial field (q) coming from an antenna atom, and by packets of electrino possessing a positive charge , which by a vortex flow move along the axial field at a linear velocity of m/s.
