BASE STATION FOR PROCESSING TRANSMISSION BY USING RECEIVER FUNCTION PART, PARTICULARLY FOR SIMPLIFYING DATA TRANSMISSION AND RECEPTION

PURPOSE: A base station for processing transmission by using a receiver function part is provided to simplify data transmission and reception by enabling a spreading unit to spread data with a code, a pre-equalizer to process the spread data with a channel response matrix, and an antenna to transmit the spread and processed data. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(10) and a receiver(12) are installed at both in a base station and in a UE(User Equipment). Data to be transferred from the transmitter(10) to the receiver(12) is inputted to a spreading/modulating unit(14) and a pre-equalizer(15). The data is spread by using a suitable code and pre-equalized to compensate an anticipated channel response of a wireless radio interface(18), and then modulated so as to be up-converted into a radio frequency. The radio frequency signal is radiated through the wireless radio interface(18) by an antenna array(161-16N). An antenna array(201-20N) receives the radiated signal together with a different signal and noise as a reception vector. A data detector(22) processes the reception vector to restore the data. The transmitter(10) effectively compensates for channel distortion.
