PURPOSE: An automatic rice cooker having a constant-temperature and constant-humidity storage is provided to improve the flavor of cooked rice by maintaining the quality of the rice in a cooker. CONSTITUTION: An automatic rice cooker having a constant-temperature and constant-humidity storage comprises a water purifier(180), a constant-humidity unit(170) removing moisture by using hot air, a humidity sensor(110) sensing humidity, a temperature sensor(120) sensing temperature, a compressor(130), a condenser(140) supplied with a coolant by the compressor, first and second vaporizers(151,150) absorbing ambient heat by vaporizing, a valve(160) controlling the movement of the coolant, and a control unit(100) controlling the compressor and the valve.
