PURPOSE: A valve for traction control is provided to simultaneously have functions of a bypass passage and a relief valve for preventing excessive outflow of hydraulic pressure from a high-pressure accumulator, to simplify the producing process, and to cut down the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: An electronic valve of a hydraulic brake system for a vehicle comprises a coil(111) forming an electromagnetic field by an electric signal applied; an armature(110) moving vertically by the electromagnetic field; a magnet core(120) fixed to a valve block; a sleeve(100) including the armature inside; a valve seat(300) having an orifice controlling flow; a plunger member(200) vertically slidably inserted in a hollow part formed to the magnet core, to open and shut off a passage(310) of the valve seat; and a return spring(400) inserted between the plunger member and the valve seat. The plunger member comprises a plunger body(220); a plunger-fixing member(210) covering the upper outer wall of the plunger body; and a relief spring(230) inserted between the plunger body and the plunger-fixing member and compressed just when the passage of the valve seat is opened by excessive hydraulic pressure.
