PURPOSE: An apparatus for changing a deteriorated pipe is provided to easily drive a driving pipe by removing the sediment with the high-pressure water flow and to install the driving pipe while pulverizing a deteriorated pipe. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for changing a deteriorated pipe comprises a driving pipe(20) having a diameter longer than that of a deteriorated pipe(10) to be changed and driven outside the deteriorated pipe under the ground, a driving unit driving to install the driving pipe in a desired position outside the deteriorated pipe, and a water injection nozzle(30) injecting nozzle to remove the sediment(G) between the driving pipe and the deteriorated pipe.
