摘要 PURPOSE: Functional dumpling containing diet enzyme, herb medicines and functional materials is provided, which stimulates immune system and lymph system to prevent and recover diseases, inhibits aging and improves immunity in animals and plants without side effects. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing the functional dumpling containing diet enzyme, herb medicines and functional materials comprises the steps of: fermenting a mixture of grains such as cowpea, oats, buckwheat, Chinese millet, rice, barley, job's tear, foxtail millet and bean, fruits such as apple and grape, carbohydrates such as potato, sweet potato, burdock, hemp, sugar, starch and arrowroot starch, and sugarcane, pulp and alcohol to prepare vinegar containing diet enzyme; mixing 100 kg of a mixture of functional materials containing herb medicines, described in page 3 with 100 kg of a fruit mixture of maesil(Japanese apricot), ginger, grape, banana, pear, pineapple, jujube, chestnut, apple, melon, watermelon, persimmon, apricot, peach and plum in a predetermined ratio and 100 kg of grains, inserting the mixture into a pot, and fermenting the mixture at 15 to 45 deg. C for 1 to 6 months to prepare 230 kg of functional materials; mixing the functional materials with the vinegar containing diet enzyme in a ratio of 93:17, adding 50 kg of water into the mixture and fermenting the mixture for 1 month or more to prepare 250 kg of fermented functional material juice; and adding the fermented functional material juice into the raw materials for the dumpling to prepare the functional dumpling containing diet enzyme, herb medicines and functional materials.
