ANTI-FLICKER ADAPTED TO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OF GRAPHIC DATA

PURPOSE: An anti-flicker adapted to additional information of graphic data is provided to classify currently scanned pixels into a video region and a graphic region and apply the pixels when the pixels are in the graphic region. CONSTITUTION: A region information generator(200) generates a plurality of region information with respect to currently scanned pixels in response to coordinates of the currently scanned pixels and a plurality of graphic layer information inputted from the outside. An anti-flicker selector(201) receives region information, and generates one control signal. An anti-flicker executer(202) receives a plurality of pixel information, and executes an anti-flicker according to the control signal. An overlayer(203) receives the output of the anti-flicker executer(202) and specific one pixel information among a plurality of pixel information, and overlays the received two signals.
