RECOMBINANT VECTOR FOR PRODUCING AVERMECTIN

PURPOSE: A recombinant vector for producing avermectin is provided, thereby selectively producing avermectin B1 series having improved insecticidal activity. CONSTITUTION: The recombinant vector pKC-ATDHKR (KCTC 10408BP) for producing avermectin contains acyltransferase activating gene in the ave A I module 2 of avermectin biosynthesizing gene, ketoreductase activating gene in the ave A I module 2 of avermectin biosynthesizing gene, and dehydrogenase activating gene in ery A II module 4 of erythromycin biosynthesizing gene, wherein the recombinant vector pKC-ATDHKR (KCTC 10408BP) activates dehydrogenase in the erythromycin biosynthesizing gene to produce only avermectin B1 series by substitution of the dehydrogenase activating gene of the avermectin biosynthesizing gene with the dehydrogenase activating gene of erythromycin biosynthesizing gene.
