PURPOSE: A sealed electric element and a fabricating method thereof are provided to stabilize an operation by preventing generation of carbon oxide due to spark. CONSTITUTION: A sealed electric element includes a housing, a sealing member, and an electric element. The housing(200) is filled with gases except for oxygen. The sealing member(250) is used for shielding the inside of the housing and the outside of the housing. The sealing member is heated under the first temperature. The housing is sealed by hardening the molten sealing member. The electric element is installed in the inside of the housing in order to change an electrical coupling state in response to a variation of magnetic field. The electric element is formed with a movable electrode(240) and a plurality of fixing electrodes(210-230).
