PURPOSE: An information terminal unit is provided to improve users' convenience in using a mobile terminal because a user does not need to check and determine a rotational position of a camera unit and obtain a good photographing state. CONSTITUTION: Shafts(29,37) support a camera unit(17) with respect to a main body part including the first and second casings so that the camera unit can freely rotate. A rotating unit(44) is rotated according to rotation of the camera unit(17). A fixed unit(41) is disposed a place adjacent to the rotating unit(44) and is not able to be rotated when the camera unit(17) is rotated. An elastic member(45) applies elasticity to at least one side of the rotating unit(44) and the fixed unit(41) in a direction that the rotating unit(44) and the fixed unit(41) are in contact with each other. An engagement coupling protrusion(44c) is formed at one side of the rotating unit(44) and the fixed unit(41). Engagement coupling concaves(43a,43b,43c) are formed at the other side of the rotating unit(44) and the fixed unit(41) and coupled with the engagement coupling protrusion(44c) when the camera unit(17) is rotated to a certain rotational position.
