PURPOSE: An oxygen generating water purifying system is provided to produce purified water containing dissolved oxygen of high concentration by installing an oxygen generation promoting device along with an oxygen generator in a water purification system consisting of various filters. CONSTITUTION: The oxygen generating water purifying system comprises a water purification part(100) for supplying the purified water into the dissolved oxygen water storage tank by purifying water supplied from water supply pipe using filters(110); an oxygen generation part(200) for supplying oxygen component into mixing nozzle in the oxygen dissolving promotion part by separating oxygen component only from air and water; a dissolved oxygen water storage tank(300) in which purified water supplied from the water purification part and dissolved oxygen water supplied from the oxygen dissolving promotion part are mixed and stored, at an upper part of which a flow balancing tank(310) for controlling flux of dissolved oxygen water mainly stored is installed, and at a lower part of which a cooling tank(320) for separately discharging dissolved oxygen water having high dissolved oxygen content is installed so that the flow balancing tank and the cooling tank are separated by Teflon sealing film(330) and connected with each other by check valve(340); an oxygen dissolving promotion part(400) in which a mixing nozzle(410) for injecting oxygen supplied from the oxygen generation part onto dissolved oxygen water circulated from the cooling tank of the dissolved oxygen water storage tank is installed to further increase dissolved oxygen content of the dissolved oxygen water; a cooling part(500) for cooling dissolved oxygen water in the cooling tank of the dissolved oxygen water storage tank; and a control part(600) for sensing a water level of dissolved oxygen water stored in the dissolved oxygen water storage tank with the control part being connected to a power supply (W), controlling operation and stopping of the oxygen generation part according to height of the sensed water level, controlling supply of purified water to the flow balancing tank of the dissolved oxygen water storage tank from the water purification part, and controlling opening and closing of drain cock (C) at the same time.
