The unit has an assembly unit (4) in an external post corner (7) made of an L-shaped piece on an inner side of branches (7a, 7b). External walls of wall sides (3a, 3b) to be assembled are supported on the branches. An inner post corner (8) is made of an L-shaped reverse piece and free ends of branches (8a, 8b) are respectively supported on inner side of the sides (3a, 3b). The corners are maintained by a tightening unit. An Independent claim is also included for a manufacturing process of construction realizing units.
