The process involves creating a graphical interface for a user on a screen. The interface has a geographic map graphically representing a preset geographic zone related to the identifiers of card index of calls. The index is selected based on the identifier in the control message in response to a control signal generated due to the zone activation using a pointing device. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a support of recording of information having instructions for execution of the message transmission process (b) a system for transmission of message.
