The arrangement is made from a prefabricated module (10) that is provided with the water receiving tanks (4) coinciding with the top. The water receiving tanks are attached to the inner side of the module. Two waste receiving tanks (1,3) are provided externally at the bottom of the module with an output (7) for evacuation of the contents. The upper and lower tanks are provided with the valves and a unit for filling and interconnection with a sanitary network. The waste receiving tank has a unit for coupling to the sewer.
