The spray has two shower heads (30) rotatably mounted in shower head housings of a front cover (22) communicating with two tubular housings of a tube. A head has a diffuser housing coupled to a selector valve and having holes of water passage. A circular wheel orients the direction of flow of water in a way such that a diffuser turns with the housing to enable another passage holes to communicate with the former holes. The shower heads, each have a radio flow impeller with a radial interruption blade that interrupts momentarily the passage of the water in the impeller during the rotation of the impeller.
