The device has a hollow metal tube (14) arranged with an electromagnetic system and provided with an electromagnetic coil (9), a hammer (17), two retaining springs (13) and a vibration reducer (12), where the hammer is made of magnetic material. A support arm (4) is welded with a support structure (1) and secured by screws (6). A pot-shaped coil housing (5) is welded with a sound tube holder (10) to close a bobbin cover (15). The electromagnetic coil is arranged in an inner side of the coil housing. The metal tube is supported by the springs to vibrate in free manner to produce sound.
