PURPOSE: Provided is a skin topical preparation composition which effectively prevents and treats acne, and involves excellent skin intrusion without stimulating the skin or exerting any harmful side effect. CONSTITUTION: The skin topical preparation composition comprises 0.01-2wt.% of 2,4,4-trichloro-2-hydroxy diphenylether expressed by formula 1, 0.01-1wt.% of 3,4,4-trichloro carbanylide expressed by formula 2, 0.01-5wt.% of apricot seed extract, and 0.01-2wt.% of Eucalyptus extract.
