PURPOSE: A method and a device for a jewelry trade service through the network are provided to easily buy/sell various jewelry by making a buyer/seller understand jewelry information from an expert site quickly and conveniently, and enhance the reliability of the jewelry by certifying the jewelry. CONSTITUTION: A member information database(DB1) confirms a member ID and a password inputted from each member computer, and manages member information. A jewelry database(DB2) manages the information and the data for the jewelry. A server(S) transmits the information of each database to the members. A buyer member computer(C1) buys the jewelry by connecting to the server. A seller member computer(C2) sells/displays the jewelry by connecting to the server.
