The device has a ring (1) made of a deformable elastic material and engaged in perforations (5) made near an edge of sheets (4). The ring is constituted in a single leaf coiled on it. Two ends (3a, 3b) of the leaf are coiled to form a half-clip hook such that the two ends are stapled and unstapled by a simple manual pressure on a body (2) of the ring.
