The system has a rectifier (1) provided with a filter (2) to generate a unidirectional signal, and a frequency generator (3) comprising a static switching element i.e. insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT), whose switching time is governed by a control module (6) for generating a certain frequency signal. The control module detects oscillation conditions appropriate for load condition, and controls conduction time of the element through a resonant circuit. The control module comprises a sub-module for measuring intensity or power of a load (5) i.e. vehicle engine.
