摘要 PURPOSE: A welding and repairing method is provided to reduce a disadvantageous effect of mix by minimizing the mix of base metal alloys of an insert and an element and to form the insert as plural filler materials containing non-affinitive alloy. CONSTITUTION: A welding and repairing method is composed of steps for measuring growth of a weld molten pool on a surface of a body made from metal alloys as time passes by to interrelate width and depth of the molten pool as time of a set of a welding parameter; removing a defect formed on a surface(14) of an element(10) made from metal alloys same as or different from the metal alloy of the body and forming a cavity(32) with width, depth, and shape same as the molten pool interrelated as the time during the measuring step on the surface; arranging a filler insert(30) with width, depth, and shape same as the cavity in the cavity to make an outer surface of the filler insert parallel to the surface of the cavity; and heating the filler insert for the interrelated time during the measuring step by a set of the welding parameter to form a welding and repairing part welded metallugically to melt and fill the filler insert in the cavity.
