The dispenser has a lid (31) placed above the instruments (1). The lid has an opening (32) to allow an engagement of a contra-angle head on a handle (3) of an instrument (1). The lid is apt to be set in rotation manually so that the opening of the lid is always to the right of the instrument. The lid has a unit of indexation (33) of the opening to the right at each position of the instrument.
