PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pour fresh mortar to the ground surface under a floor of an existing house, thereby completely eliminating mold/moisture under the floor, preventing the decay of a building, and achieving an anti-termite effect. SOLUTION: There is provided a method of pouring fresh mortar to the ground surface under the floor of the existing house. By to the method, the fresh mortar is poured to the ground surface under the floor of the wooden house, and by the curing of the mortar, mold/moisture under the floor is eliminated. By the method of pouring the fresh mortar to the ground surface under the floor of the existing house, to achieve an unprecedented anti-termite effect, a waterproofing vinyl sheet is laid over the entire area of the ground surface under the floor of the existing house, and the sheet is fixed by driving fasteners formed of U-shaped steel wires to the ground surface, and then the fresh mortar is poured over the entire surface of the vinyl sheet by a pressure pump.
