PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure of a balcony effectively preventing dew condensation in a skeleton as well as dew condensation on the surface side of the skeleton of a handrail wall of the balcony. SOLUTION: This ventilation structure of the balcony has a handrail T where a coping 10 is put on the upper end of a handrail wall W. The ventilation structure includes: ventilation spaces T1, T2 formed between lower tension materials 1, 1' of the handrail wall and sheath materials 3, 3'; a lower tension material communicating hole 1a formed in the lower tension material to communicate the ventilation space with a space 1K in the skeleton K of the handrail wall; an upper frame communicating hole 4a formed in the upper frame 4 of the skeleton to communicate the space in the skeleton with the space 10K in the coping; and a gap S communicating the space in the coping with the space inside the balcony on the inside of the upper end of the handrail wall.
