PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with which constant medical efficacy of a gelatinous substance can be obtained for a period of use. SOLUTION: The container 1 equipped with a storage chamber 24 for the gelatinous substance 25 inside and an aperture 20 passing through inside and outside the storage chamber 24 on at least one portion of a side face has a protrusion 9 provided on at least the bottom of the storage chamber 24. When the gelatinous substance 25 is filled in the storage chamber 24, the protrusion 9 on the side of the container 1 is buried into the center of the substance 25, and the substance 25 is gradually reduced in volume to be solidified while being supported by the protrusion 9. Therefore, the gelatinous substance 25 is prevented from moving to a corner of the container 1 at the end of its period of use, so that constant medical efficacy of the substance 25 can be obtained over the whole period of use.
