PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel comprising a decorative sheet to which concealability is imparted without lowering the quality of a printed image, and its production method. SOLUTION: The decorative panel 11 is constituted of plywood being a substrate and the decorative sheet 13 pasted on the surface of the plywood 12. The decorative sheet 13 is formed by successively laminating titanium paper sheet 14 being a concealing paper sheet, coated fine paper sheet 15 being the decorative paper sheet, a printing layer 16 and a resin layer 17 from below.
