PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve twisting strength more effectively between an inside member and an outside member. SOLUTION: These plastically bonded parts are constituted by engaging a plurality of tooth-form projecting parts 13 and tooth-space recessed parts 14 which are preliminarily provided on the joining surface of a shaft 1 so that tooth traces are extended in the axial direction by plastically joining the stem-shaped shaft 1 having a joining surface constituted of the circumferential outside surface to a hub 2 which is lower than the shaft 1 in hardness and has the joining surface constituted of the circumferential inside surface and a plurality of formed tooth-space recessed parts 26 and formed tooth-form projecting parts 27 which are formed by corresponding the joining surface of the hub 2 to the tooth-form projecting parts 13 and the tooth-space recessed parts 14 and making them plastically deform by contacting. The projecting parts 13 of the tooth form consists of asymmetric tooth form in which the inclined angle (θ<SB>1</SB>≈90°) of the receiving-side tooth surface 13a by which rotational torque (F) is received is set larger than the inclined angle (θ<SB>2</SB>) of the tooth surface 13b on the opposite side. In this way, the rotational torque (F) which causes the hub 2 to relatively rotate to the shaft 1 in the direction of the arrow P is received with the receiving-side tooth surface 13a of the projecting part 13 of the tooth form.
