METHOD FOR SORTING AND RECOVERING BUILDING MATERIAL AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple sorting and recovering method for separating a steel plate part 31 and an inorganic board part 32 from a disposed building material 3 to recover them, and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: The sorting and recovering method for the building material 3 is constituted so as to sort the building material 3, wherein an inorganic board and a steel plate are laminated through an adhesive, into the inorganic board part 32 and the steel plate part 31 to recover both parts. A peeling fixture 1 is brought into contact with the laminated interface of the inorganic board and the steel plate and the steel plate part 31 is taken up by a roll 4 to be separated from the inorganic board part 32.
