PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can control the breakage of the operating part as caused by a rough handling. SOLUTION: The game machine having the players' operating part 53 is provided with an operation aspect detection means 300 for detecting the rough handling to the operating part 53 and when the operation aspect detection means 300 detects the rough handling as given to the operating part 53, the game state exclusively for the rough handling is generated. In the game machine, the lottery is conducted on the basis of the game and when the win is obtained as the result of the lottery, the special game states advantageous for the players are generated. The first control part may be provided to conduct the lottery and the second control part may be provided separately from the first control part to generate the game states corresponding to the result of the detection by the operation aspect detection means 300.
