PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winter curtain that moderates cold air entering the room from outside through a gap formed between the curtain and a window even if the curtain is made of thick fabric. SOLUTION: A cold-shutting-off material is secured to the edge of the fabric. The material that protects against cold attached to the window side fills the gap between the fabric and the window frame and moderates cold air from outside entering the room. The material that protects against cold provided to the room side serves as an interior decoration.
