A method of producing a foam-molded product, a metallic mold, and a componen t for a metallic mold, with which a foam- molded product, such as urethane foa m with a fastener etc., can be produced smoothly and at a high yield ratio. A rail (12) is fixed to a rail installation seat (42) on a cavity side surface of a lower mold (40). On the bottom surface of a recess portion of the rail (12) is provided a fastener (8). After the rail (12) is made to hold the fastener (8), a raw material liquid of urethane is poured and caused to foam , and urethane foam is removed from the mold after the foaming. For the remova l of the foam, a movable portion (44) is advanced so that a urethane foam body (not shown in Figs. 1a and 1b) in an undercut portion (43) is pushed and compressed. This eliminates the possibility of the undercut portion (43) interfering with the rail installation seat (42) and the rail (12), and therefore the removal can be made smoothly, and cracks do not occur in the urethane foam.
