<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit lamp which can be easily operated by even an examiner with little experiences. <P>SOLUTION: The slit lamp comprises: an illumination optical system 2; an observation optical system 3 for observing an image by reflected light reflected at an anterior ocular segment; an operation position detector 7 having a focusing light projection optical system 4 and a focusing detection optical system 5 for detecting an operation position by focusing light reflected at an eye to be examined; and a controller 33 for controlling the integral movement of the illumination optical system 2 and the observation optical system 3 with the detected operation position as a reference point and the operation of each of the optical systems. A first intersection C1 of the optical axes of the illumination optical system 2 and the observation optical system matches with a second intersection C2 of the optical axes of the focusing light projection optical system 4 and the focusing detection optical system 5. The controller 33 records each item including the optical axis directions of the illumination optical system and the observation optical system and the observation magnification of the observation optical system, etc., and a plurality of setting values predetermined for the items respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
