<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding container, which eliminates a pressure difference between the outside and the inside of the holding container by letting an excess gas inside the holding container to escape outside to prevent toner from jetting out upon opening the holding container, and maintains the quality of the toner in the holding container to improve economic advantages. <P>SOLUTION: The holding container 10 comprises at least a container body 11 holding the toner, and a bellows inner lid 16 which is in pressure contact and engaged with the container body 11 to allow a toner supply inlet 12 to open and close. The container 10 also includes a toner discharge lid 15, which is in pressure contact and engaged with the inner lid 16 to form a junction surface, on which slots 15f extending from the inside of the container body 11 to the outside are formed, and each slot 15f has a sloped plane shape such that the slot width at the outside is narrower than that at the inside of the container body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
