<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate distribution of mail by decreasing the distributed data size in order to solve problems of occurrence of an over-capacity of a mail server and of taking much time to receive the mail because of an increased data size in the case of distribution of data by means of the mail. <P>SOLUTION: Part of transmission information is extracted and processed to compress the size of transmitted information and the resulting transmission information is delivered.
