PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation management device for improving the turnover rate of use.

SOLUTION: In the reservation management device 10, a terminal device 300 is communicatively connected to a reservation management device server 200 for controlling information concerned with the reservations of commodities or services. The reservation management device server 200 stores reservation order information concerned with the reservation order of the commodities or services on the basis of information concerned with the reservations of commodities or services which is transmitted from the terminal device 300 and stores reservation request time information concerned with the reservation time of the commodities or services on the basis of the information concerned with the reservations of the commodities or services which is transmitted from the terminal device 300. The reservation management device 10 has a function for storing the reservation order information when determining that it is time corresponding to the reservation request time information when the commodities or services are determined to be in a state that the commodities or services can be provided on the basis of the reservation order information or changing the reservation order information when the commodities or services are determined to be not in such a state.
