<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for customer information for properly feeding back survey results to a company. <P>SOLUTION: This system for delivering collected customer information to the company or service provider comprises: a Web server for performing transfer of information; a database including member information for specifying the company or service provider and charging information to the member concerned; and an information management center including respective means of: collecting/accumulating/updating desired survey information to a commodity or service from the client terminal of the company or service provider; generating questions for customer information survey including at least the interest level to the commodity or service information on the basis of the desire survey information; transmitting the generated questions to the user terminal of a customer to acquire answer data; classifying the answer data to a plurality of customer groups by elimination method from the interest levels of the answer data; and processing the customer information obtained as a result of classification to deliver an effect measurement to the client terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
