MAINTENANCE CONTRACT CONCLUSION SYSTEM, FAILURE REPORTING SYSTEM, DEVICE MAINTENANCE SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance contract conclusion system capable of rapidly performing a maintenance contract of a purchased device.

SOLUTION: This system comprises a contract request receiving means for receiving a maintenance contract request from the user of the device that is an object of a maintenance contract through the Internet; a user information input means for transmitting, in response to the maintenance contract request, an information input screen for inputting information for specifying the user and the device to a maintenance contract request source and receiving the information input content to the information input screen; a contract content input means for transmitting an information input screen for inputting information for specifying the contract of the maintenance contract concluded with the user to the maintenance contract request source, and receiving the information input content to the information input screen; a contract information storage means for storing the information for specifying the user and the device and the information for specifying the content of the maintenance contract in a database; and a contract end report transmitting means for transmitting a maintenance contract processing termination notice to the maintenance contract request source.
