<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged food product as a light meal capable of being eaten safely and simply while it is warm in a household or in outdoors, and excellent in hygienic property, carrying property and fashioning property. <P>SOLUTION: This packaged food product as the light meal having a column, prism, conical or pyramidal shape is provided by housing a cooked food product and tools for eating or drinking in a packaging container having the column, prism, conical or pyramidal shape, and packing the cooked food product in a state that the eating part of the eating or drinking tools are buried in the cooked food product and the grip parts of the eating or drinking tools are exposed to the outside of the cooked food product and then sealed. Also, the package food products as the light meal are packaged by fitting/housing the food products filled in the above shaped containers in holders having the above shapes and adding the eating tools.
