<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator fixed tightly to the non-light receiving surface of a large solar cell module without using adhesive, or the like, and to provide a solar cell module having a power generation efficiency not lowering significantly even when the atmospheric temperature is high in midsummer, for example. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module comprises solar cell elements arranged on the rear surface side of a translucent substrate, and a heat radiator 8 provided on the non-light receiving surface side of the solar cell element. The heat spreader 8 is made by pasting two kinds or more of material having a different thermal expansion coefficient on the non-light receiving surface side of the solar cell element, and the heat spreader 8 is made of a material having a lower thermal expansion coefficient on the non-light receiving surface side of the solar cell element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
