PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic system and an ultrasonic imaging condition setting method for easily reading and setting the past diagnostic mode and diagnostic conditions of a testee body. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic system comprises: an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus having a display part (7) for displaying ultrasonic images on the basis of echo signals obtained by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves to/from the testee body and a storage part (11) for storing diagnostic information including the diagnostic mode, the diagnostic conditions and diagnostic images when diagnosing the testee body in the past; a computer provided with a means for preparing the diagnostic list of the testee body whose diagnosis is reserved; and a communication means for connecting the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and the computer. In the ultrasonic diagnostic system, a means for displaying the diagnostic list at the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus by a software control part (13) and selecting one testee body and a testee body information storage circuit (10) for reading the diagnostic information of the selected testee body are provided.
