PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative ion supplying device capable of sufficiently supplying the negative ions to a room without hindering humidity environment of the room. SOLUTION: This negative ion supplying device is formed by arranging an ion supply opening 11 for discharging the negative ions into a room at a height close to a ceiling 5 so that the only particles lightly activated like the negative ions can reach the ion supply opening 11. With this structure, a heavy inactive particle such as a water drop can not reach the ion supply opening 11, and a rise of humidity in the room is prevented even if the negative ions are supplied.
