<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin assembly capable of enhancing cooling efficiency even if the size of the fin assembly, as a heat sink, is made equal to or smaller than that of a conventional one, and to provide fins constituting that fin assembly. <P>SOLUTION: A raised part 34 having a circumferential edge part raised in the stacking direction C, a plurality of pawl parts 36 projecting in the stacking direction C from the forward edge of the raised part 34, and a plurality of holes 40 made by cutting the rising part of the raised part 34 to engage with the pawl parts 36 of adjacent fins are formed to abut against the adjacent fins 30 when they are stacked and then a plurality of fins 30 are stacked to form a heat sink.
