摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique with which miniaturization is realized while securing the accuracy of range-finding in an imaging device, a range-finder for measuring a subject distance by using the imaging device and a photographing device in which the range-finder is mounted. SOLUTION: The number of the photodetectors of line sensors 10 and 15 positioned at the uppermost part and the number of the photodetectors 26 of line sensors 14 and 19 positioned at the lowermost part are respectively reduced as compared with in the conventional constitution, and the width in a direction Y is made small from R1 to R2 while the area of a light receiving part 24 and an output part 25 is made nearly the same as that of the photodetectors 20 of line sensors 11 to 13 and 16 to 18 positioned at the center part.
