PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a conventional exhaust pipe for a plasma display panel where, since both a flange 1 and a flare 2 are circular, the flange 1 rotates freely even if it is fixed with a presser member 6 such as a clip. SOLUTION: A protruding part 5 is arranged at a part of the flange 1. The part other than the protruding part 5 is pinched with the presser members 6 such as a clip so as to be fixed to a panel. Since both the flange 1 and the flare 2 are circular, the flange 1 rotates freely even if it is fixed with the presser members 6. The protruding part 5 obstructs free rotation of an exhaust pipe capable of preventing dislocation of the exhaust pipe. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
