PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating roller device in which noise emitted to the outside is reduced and an insulation treatment between the adjacent metal material is made easy, and a fixing device equipped with this, and provide an image forming device. SOLUTION: The induction heating roller device comprises a heating roller HR, a plurality of induction coils ICa,ICb,ICc,ICd which are arranged inside the heating roller HR dispersed in axial direction, and a high frequency power source HFS which has output terminals t1, t2 of a pair of which one has an astable potential and the other has a stable potential, and by connecting the output terminal t1 on the stable potential side to one end positioned on the end part side of the heating roller HR and by connecting the output terminal t2 on the astable potential side to the other end positioned on the center side to a pair of induction coils ICa,ICd provided on both ends side of the heating roller HR, and by connecting the pair of output terminals t1, t2 to all of the plural induction coils ICa, ICb, ICc, ICd, supplies high frequency power to the plural induction coils ICa, ICb, ICc, ICd.
