PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind which can exert excellent constructibility and eliminates a concern about strength even if the height of a louver is adjusted. SOLUTION: A holding means comprises rods 1 which are located on sides of both longitudinal ends of respective louvers 3 and serve as rod-shaped rigid coupling members continuing between upper and lower positions of the respective louvers 3, frames 5 capable of fixing the respective louvers 3, and fixing members capable of fixing the respective frames 5 to the respective rods 1; each of the rods 1 is composed of a cylindrical shaft 1c and an external thread 1a which is formed on the shaft 1c at a fixed pitch and whose thread groove has a larger diameter than that of the shaft 1c; and internal threads 7a and 13a into which the external thread 1a can be screwed are formed in the fixing member.
