PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-linked rubber molded product having excellent kneadabiliy and processability in a Banbury mixer and a roll, a high cross-linking rate, excellent productivity of the cross-linked rubber molded product, cross-linkable by hot air and having excellent characteristics such as compression set, strength characteristics, heat, weather and abrasion resistances. SOLUTION: The copolymer rubber composition is characterized by adding 20-150 pts. of a softener to 100 pts. wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated polyene random copolymer rubber having a constituent unit derived from at least one kind of nonconjugated polyene represented by general formula [I] or [II] and extending the copolymer rubber.
