PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a suspension duration of an suction head on an article, that is, to easily adjust the timing of the starting time of upward movement, and to surely stick a label, for example, to an article transported on a conveyor belt, etc. SOLUTION: It is so constituted that, a suction head 21 that suction-fixes the label L thereto and sticks it onto the article W, an up-and-down moving member 22, at whose one end the suction head is provided, which moves down from a label suction position K where the suction head 21 suction-fixes the label L thereto to a label sticking position T where the label L is stuck onto the article W, thus moving up and down between the two positions, and a drive mechanism 30 that causes the up-and-down moving member 22 to move upward and downward are provided, while the drive mechanism 30 is provided with an air-cylinder 31 having a piston-rod 32 that advances and recedes along the direction in which the up-and-down moving member 22 moves upward and downward, with the piston-rod 32 supporting the up-and-down moving member 22 at the time it advances so as to raise the up-and-down moving member 22, and releasing the support of the up-and-down moving member 22 at the time it recedes so as to allow the up-and-down moving member 22 to be lowered.
